Bowers + Rein is pleased to be working with Ramco-Gershenson Property Trust on their development, Hartland Towne Square in Hartland, Michigan. Located at the northeast corner of US-23 and M-59, the 80 acre site is a mixed use development, anchored by Meijer. Bowers + Rein was responsible for the planning, architecture and landscape architecture of the project. Bowers + Rein is working closely with Avfuel Corporation on the expansion of their headquarters in Pittsfield Township, Michigan. Avfuel is the nation's leading independent supplier of aviation fuels and services. The existing building will be renovated with an additional 14,000 square feet expansion being considered.
